How We Work

Async-first, in your repository, with an update every week.

You get written updates, a weekly Loom video, and code in your own repository from the first day. You own everything I build, and you pay per milestone.

What protects you

Full IP transfer, an NDA before discovery and milestone billing are standard on every engagement.

  • Full IP transfer

You own the code, docs and designs as each milestone is paid.

  • NDA before discovery

I sign your NDA, or send mine, before you share anything sensitive.

  • Milestone billing

You pay per agreed milestone, not a large upfront retainer.

  • USD / EUR invoicing

Invoices in USD or EUR, paid via Wise, Stripe or Payoneer.

  • US / EU timezone overlap

Daily overlap hours with US and EU teams for live calls.

  • Registered partnership firm (India)

Contracts and invoices come from LogiqCube Consulting.

See what you will receive

These samples show the structure of the documents you get. Real documents are written for your project.

Sample: Discovery document outline

Sample. Real documents are written for your project.

  1. Goals and the number we want to move

Example: replace manual lead research so a founder spends less time on prospecting each week, measured from the CRM before and after.

  2. Current tools, data and architecture

Which tools hold leads, contacts and deals today, how data moves between them, and where people copy it by hand.

  3. Constraints: security, compliance, budget

Data that must not leave your systems, required regions or providers, access rules, and the budget range for the build.

  4. Options considered and recommendation

Two or three ways to solve the problem, with effort, cost and risk for each, and the option I recommend and why.

  5. Scope, milestones and acceptance criteria

What is in and out of scope, each milestone with its deliverable and price, and how we agree a milestone is done.

  6. Risks and open questions

Assumptions that could change the estimate, and the questions I need answered before the build starts.

Sample: Weekly update example

Sample. Real documents are written for your project.

  1. Shipped this week

Lead import now removes duplicates before sync (link to pull request). CRM field mapping is documented in the repository wiki.

  2. In progress and expected next week

Reply detection for connected mailboxes, with a demo in the next weekly Loom.

  3. Decisions needed from you

Should replies marked "not interested" close the CRM deal automatically, or create a task for review?

  4. Risks or blockers

Waiting on admin access to the second sending mailbox. Without it, testing moves by two days.

  5. Hours used against the milestone

Hours used so far against the agreed milestone budget, and whether the milestone is on track.

Sample: Architecture document outline

Sample. Real documents are written for your project.

  1. Context and system boundaries

What the new feature does, who uses it, and which existing systems it touches or must not change.

  2. Component diagram

The main components, such as API, background workers, database and external services, and how they connect.

  3. Data model and data flow

New tables or fields, what data is stored, how long it is kept, and how it moves through the system.

  4. External services and model providers

Third-party APIs and AI model providers, why each was chosen, and how to replace them if needed.

  5. Security, tenancy and access control

How tenant data stays isolated, who can access what, and how secrets and credentials are stored.

  6. Evaluation, monitoring and operations

The test set and quality bar for AI features, the metrics and alerts in production, and the runbook for common issues.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to be online at the same time?

Rarely. Work is async-first, with written updates and a weekly Loom video. Live calls happen during agreed overlap hours with your timezone.

Who owns the code?

You do. Code lives in your repository from day one, and full IP transfers to you as each milestone is paid.

Will you sign our NDA?

Yes. I sign your NDA, or send a standard one, before discovery and before you share anything sensitive.

How does billing work?

Work is billed per milestone in USD or EUR. You can pay by Wise, Stripe or Payoneer.

Do you subcontract the work?

No. I do the work myself. If a project ever needs another specialist, I tell you first and you decide.

What happens after the project ends?

You get handover documentation and a recorded walkthrough. An optional monthly retainer covers improvements and maintenance, which you can end with [PLACEHOLDER: notice period] notice.
