Why Work With Us

You work with the engineer who builds it.

I am a founder-engineer, not an agency. You get direct access to me, a paid entry offer to test the fit, and full ownership of everything I build.

What you can expect

A predictable rhythm, written documentation and code you own.

  • Communication rhythm

Written async updates during the week, a Loom video every week, and live calls in agreed overlap hours.

  • Documentation

A discovery document before the build, an architecture document during it, and a runbook at handover.

  • Code ownership

Code lives in your repository from day one. Full IP transfers to you as each milestone is paid.

How I reduce your risk

You can test the working relationship before you commit to a large project.

  • Paid entry offers

Start with a one- or two-week fixed-price engagement before committing to a larger build.

  • Milestones

Builds are split into milestones with clear acceptance criteria. You pay as each one is delivered.

  • No lock-in

Standard tools, your accounts, your repository and full documentation, so anyone can take over.

What I won't do

Three things that cause most bad outsourcing experiences, and that I do not do.

  • No inflated estimates

Estimates come from the audit, with assumptions written down. If scope changes, you see the impact first.

  • No hidden subcontracting

I do the work. If another specialist is ever needed, you hear about it first and you decide.

  • No vendor lock-in

No proprietary platform you have to keep paying for. You can run, change or replace everything I build.
