Service · GTM Engineering

GTM engineering that turns manual prospecting into a revenue engine you own.

I build the systems behind your pipeline, from lead data to outbound automation, CRM workflows and GTM analytics, so outbound runs without a founder doing it by hand.

What is GTM engineering?

GTM engineering is building the software behind your go-to-market: the data, automation and integrations that create pipeline. Instead of hiring more people to copy leads between tools, you get systems that do the repetitive work reliably.

For a B2B SaaS founder, that usually means one pipeline for lead data, outbound that runs on its own, and a CRM that stays up to date without manual entry.

Who is this for?

This is for B2B SaaS founders who are still doing outbound by hand, or who have a stack of tools that do not talk to each other. It fits best when you already know who you sell to and need the engine to reach them consistently.

It is not a lead list service or a cold email agency. I build the system, and you own it.

What do you build?

I build the five modules below, in your stack and your accounts, starting with the one that removes the most manual work.

  • Lead data pipelines

Pull, clean, de-duplicate and enrich lead data into one source of truth your team trusts.

  • Outbound automation

Sequences, follow-ups and reply handling that run on schedule and stop when a prospect answers.

  • CRM and workflow integration

Connect your CRM, inbox and internal tools so status, notes and next steps sync without copy-paste.

  • AI-personalized outreach

First lines and messages drafted from real prospect data, with a human approval step.

  • GTM analytics

Reply rates, mailbox health and pipeline movement in one view you can act on.

How does an engagement start?

Every engagement starts with the GTM Audit: one week, fixed scope, fixed price. I map your current tools, data and outbound process, check mailbox deliverability, and hand you a prioritized build plan. You can take that plan to any team, or have me build it.

What proof is there?

I built LogiqLead, my own multi-tenant outreach SaaS, with prospecting, sequences, reply detection and a deliverability audit. The same engineering goes into client builds. The case study shows the architecture and the decisions behind it.

GTM Engineering: frequently asked questions

How is GTM engineering different from hiring an outbound agency?

An agency runs campaigns for you and keeps the system. I build the system in your accounts, document it, and hand it over. You own the data pipeline, the automation and the code.

Which tools do you work with?

I work with the CRM, inbox and data tools you already use, and I build custom code where tools fall short. The GTM Audit lists exactly which tools stay, which go, and what needs to be built.

Do you send cold emails on my behalf?

No. I build and configure the outbound engine, including deliverability checks, but your team owns the sending, the messaging and the relationship with prospects.

How long until the outbound engine is running?

The GTM Audit takes one week. A typical Outbound Engine Build takes three to five weeks after that, depending on how many tools and data sources are involved.

Will this hurt my domain reputation?

Deliverability is checked before anything is sent. The build includes mailbox authentication checks, sending limits and reply detection so follow-ups stop when a prospect answers.

What do I need to have in place before we start?

A clear idea of who you sell to, access to your CRM and sending mailboxes, and one person on your side who can answer questions during the week.
