AIDD: Audit, Isolate, Design, Deliver.

AIDD is the order every engagement follows. I audit what you have, isolate the one thing worth building first, design it on paper, then deliver it in your repository. Each step ends with something you keep.

What happens at each step?

  1. Audit

I map what you have: tools, data, codebase and the one number you want to move.

    In GTM engineering
Lead sources, CRM, sending mailboxes, sequences and reply handling.
    In AI engineering
Product codebase, data model, candidate AI features and existing model usage.

Output: Audit report with findings and risks

  2. Isolate

We pick the single workflow or feature with the fastest payback and agree what "done" means.

    In GTM engineering
One workflow, for example getting clean leads into sequences without manual steps.
    In AI engineering
One feature, for example document Q&A for your customers, with a measurable quality bar.

Output: Scoped brief with acceptance criteria

  3. Design

I write the architecture, data contracts and test set before code, so cost and risk are visible early.

    In GTM engineering
Data flow, integrations, deliverability setup and the metrics dashboard.
    In AI engineering
Retrieval design, model layer, prompts, test set, cost limits and failure handling.

Output: Architecture document and test set

  4. Deliver

I build in your repository with weekly Loom updates, a demo at each milestone and full handover docs.

    In GTM engineering
Pipeline, automation and CRM sync running in your accounts, with a runbook.
    In AI engineering
Feature in your repository, measured against the test set, with monitoring.

Output: Working system, runbook and handover

Why this order?

Most failed GTM and AI projects skip straight to building. Auditing and isolating first means the build targets one measurable outcome, and designing on paper first means cost and risk are visible before code exists.

The paid entry offers cover the first steps: the GTM Audit covers Audit and Isolate, and the AI Feature Sprint covers Isolate, Design and a first delivery.
